Leadership Aroostook

Leadership Aroostook is a nine-month professional development program designed for emerging and established leaders within Aroostook County. Created through a collaboration between the Aroostook Partnership and Husson University, the program focuses on enhancing participants’ leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and management skills. The curriculum is structured around nine monthly in-person sessions, supplemented by readings, assignments, and a team-based community leadership project.

The program targets a diverse range of candidates, including high-potential emerging leaders, managers, supervisors, and individuals actively engaged in their organizations and communities. Beyond skill development, Leadership Aroostook emphasizes regional networking, connecting participants with established leaders across sectors such as business, nonprofit, education, healthcare, and government.
