Boots2Roots (B2R) is dedicated to helping veterans and military spouses successfully transition from active-duty service to meaningful careers in Maine. We achieve this by translating their military skills and experiences into terms that resonate with hiring managers, and by connecting them with businesses across the state eager to tap into military talent.
Since our inception, we’ve proudly assisted 338 military members in finding fulfilling employment with over 170 employers in Maine. Many of these individuals seek opportunities in rural areas, and currently, our network spans 14 of Maine’s 16 counties. We are currently supporting over 100 veterans and spouses actively searching for work.
Best of all, our services come at no cost to veterans or businesses. Our goal is simple: to deliver the best outcomes for both veterans and Maine businesses.
