LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS WITH MARIE HANSEN AND DAVID TRIPP
Join us at our next installment of our Ignite You Series! We are bringing back Marie Hansen and David Tripp from Workplace Performance Inc for a day of leadership workshops! They will be held onJuly 24th from 8:30am-3:30pm and tickets can be bought for an individual workshop or the whole day. This event is open to all that are interested.
Leading with Clarity in a Small Community (8:30-11am) – This interactive session provides foundational insight for new leaders, small business owners, peer supervisors, and transitioning professionals. Participants will explore two core dimensions of organizational behavior—task-driven and interpersonal activities—and learn how to navigate each with confidence and intention. We'll focus on communication techniques, empowerment strategies, and methods for cultivating a culture that not only retains top talent, but draws in new opportunities.
The Transformational Path: Servant Leadership in Action (12:30-3:30pm) – Rooted in the principles from The Servant by James C. Hunter, this session introduces transformational servant leadership as both a mindset and a daily practice. Through structured discussion and real-world application, participants will learn how to lead with purpose, humility, and resolve—elevating their impact as leaders while fostering trust and commitment within their teams. Attendees will also receive a free copy of The Servant.
